I work a lot. 

I work every weekday apart from Tuesdays and then I work every other weekend. I don't mind it because I genuinely love my job but it does require a uniform. The uniform itself is fine but when you have to wear a uniform most days, you start to look forward to the days you get to wear your own clothes and you start to savor it as a form of expression. 

When I was in New York City last week I went all out every day with my outfits and tried to dress like Blair Waldorf and Taylor Swift had selected my clothes and I hope I pulled it off. It's so fun to wear something you love. When I'm wearing clothes that I'm excited about my day is definitely better. 

On this particular day, my friend Taya and I were exploring Soho and she snapped this picture of me and I think its the coolest I've looked in a long time. What do you guys think?
